If you want to do a front C4 go with a Flatout Engineering kit, he has done C Cabs before and it is a lot more straight forward, but I would not say any better. Flatout uses a Corvette rack and pinion, while Progressive uses a T Bird.

I've read up on it on the big board and everyone that did seems to love it. Now for the downside, I was going to do coil overs but after reading, of course vette rear suspension wasn't designed for towing.
