As mstsc can't perform that Pre Authentication; when changing that to 'Passthrough' it will work using the public IP as well. WebIn the search box, type “command prompt” without quotes. In the list of results, swipe down on or right-click Command Prompt, and then tap or click Run as administrator. Type “regsvr32 Mstscax.dll” without quotes and press Enter. Let us know the results.
