What we would like to do is send the log and alert emails through this email address so we can keep on top of things for our clients and notify them of any issues. WebRadius DUO would be the way to go. Otherwise the login password to get the OTP would potentially be the same password for the user to connect their VPN. As far as the sonicwall item, exchange needs to accept the connection over 587 or 465 via TLS.

Currently SSL-VPN connection (NetExtender) is authenticated through RSA radius, but would like to use Okta, if possible. WebTOTP works with MobileConnect as well, but SonicWall tells us it should only be used with MacOS clients, so stick with NetXtender if SSLVPN client is what you want.
