I found a metal shaving in there about 1 mm long. I think it was jammed in the firing pin's channel. It was sharp, and metal, with a jagged edge.

Put the frame inside a gallon size ziplock back so you don't lose any parts. There are some small parts under spring pressure that can take off at warp speed.
